Mama, You Matter Classes: Welcome


Our Mama You Matter course is offered in 5-week blocks so groups of mums can get to know one another a little, while also enjoying the soothing, relaxed, mindfulness based tools that these classes share.

What to Expect?

Whether you're looking for your first introduction to mindfulness or for a refresher to get you back on the zen- train, this course is for you.

At the end of the course you'll have built the foundations of a mindfulness practice that can be a life- long tool to support you and your family.

Here's what to expect from each week:
Week 1 - Mindfulness & Benefits of Your Zen Time.
Week 2 - Mindfulness and Mum-Guilt - how to give ourselves permission to slow down.
Week 3 - Mindfulness & Big Feelings - how to forgive ourselves for those shouty-mum moments.
Week 4 - Mindfulness & Love Stuff - how to start being kind and compassionate to ourselves.
Week 6 - Mindfulness & Falling Off The (Zen)Wagon.

Funded blocks - Who's eligible?

Our ethos as an organisation is to support all mums but especially those who have struggled with their mental well-being, so we'll prioritise applications from this group but anyone is welcome to apply for a place.

Places are limited and completing this application won’t guarantee you a place, but it will mean you’ll be contacted asap if we can offer you a place - we'll keep you updated if you're on the waiting list too.
