Our peer support drop in sessions are monthly in Harrogate and Ripon.

 

They are free to access and there is no need to book, simply pop along for a cuppa and a supportive natter with other mamas who just "get it".

For mums at any stage of motherhood, whether you have older teens or newborns or any age in between...

Babes and pre-schoolers welcome, or you can come alone, perhaps if your children are at school or nursery.

You're always welcome to bring a friend/family member/your nurse/support worker too if getting to meet ups feels tough, whatever makes getting to a meet up as accessible as possible for you, is always fine by us...
